Start by completing the marriage license application online (Link below). Once that’s done, you’ll need to schedule a quick in person appointment with a certified Hawaii Marriage Licensing Agent.

The license fee is $60, plus a $5 admin fee. At your appointment, bring a valid photo ID and be prepared to pay a $5 cash fee directly to the agent. If you're not local, many agents offer virtual meetings to make the process even easier.
