The coastline of the upper west side of Maui is filled by cliffs with stunning views. And when Kassie and Jackson mentioned they wanted a cliffside Maui elopement We knew exactly where to take them.
The day was nothing but epic. Rev. Tino performed a heartfelt and beautiful ceremony with the traditional lei exchange.
After the vows were exchanged and ceremony concluded we did more photos up on the cliffs and went down to the beach to watch the sunset and do more photos barefoot on the sand.
Couple tips regarding Ironwoods:
- For shoes we recommend flats. Heels are tricky to walk on sand and rocks.
- Ironwoods is fairly easy access with a path from the parking lot to the beach. But arrive early. Parking is limited and Ironwoods beach is a popular location for beach weddings.
- Embrace the wind. Kapalua area tends to be breezy. But trust us. The photos come out amazing with the wind effect.
- Don’t forget to take a breath and enjoy the stunning views.
